Full Day dog sledding tour

Activity Description

Spend a day travelling by dog sled through the forest and mountains, including a typical Norwegian lunch around a fire. This is a real, hands-on dog sledding experience. After instruction from the guide, you will prepare your team, putting on their harnesses and attaching them to the sled. You'll drive the sled through the Norwegian wilderness, working together with your dog team. It's 2 people to a sled, so you will get the chance to both drive the sled and be a passenger. Children can only sit in the sled. We spend around 3 hours sledding through the mountains and forests, including a stop for lunch. Dog sledding is a fun but also physically demanding activity that requires balance, strength and perseverance.
